Welcome to The South County Golf Club

Situated on a gentle hillside underneath the shadow of the nearby Dublin Mountains, no more than seven miles from the M50, The South County Golf Club has a delightful 'away from it all' atmosphere that inspires a feeling of tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of Dublin city.

Designed by Dr Nick Bielenberg who was also involved in the construction of Luttrellstown Castle – this is an open, upland course set partly in a valley that the River Brittas meanders through. The course was opened for play in 2002 and has been the recipient of much praise from the beginning. Built to full USGA specifications the course drains really well and is open all year round. In addition to an excellent championship course The South County Golf Club boasts first rate practice facilities and a modern clubhouse that will meet all of your Apres Golf needs.

The South County Golf Club really is a haven for the discerning golfer to spend their time. In addition, its value for money whether it be for Membership, Green Fees or Societies make it one of the most appealing golfing venues around.

"This is a quality course in a quality location. The Club should take a considerable pride in what they have achieved in Brittas".
Philip Reid, The Irish Times
